CAI Huawei
CAI Huawei (1969- ), born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. He received B.Sc. from Peking University in 1991 and Ph.D. from the graduate school of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2002. He joined the faculty of Nanjing Institute of Geology and Palaeontology of CAS (NIGPAS) in 1994, and was promoted to a research professor there. Dr. Cai visited University of British Columbia in Canada from 2004 to 2005. He used to serve as the director of Science & Technology Department, the secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, and the deputy secretary of Party Committee of NIGPAS. Since December 2020, he has worked as the secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of PMO. Since April 2024, he has worked as the deputy Party Secretary of PMO.
