May 22, 2012, the special projects for repair and purchase management office of Planning and Finance Bureau of Chinese Academy of Science organized experts to inspect and accept the special project “THz superconducting detector development platform”, which is undertaken by Purple Mountain Observatory. Director Yang Ji of PMO, some members of the repair and purchase working group and related team members of this project attended the meeting.

The director of the special projects management office, Tian Dongsheng, introduced the progress of the projects, acceptance criteria and specific requirements. He hoped that all institutes should pay great attention to the implementation of the repair and purchase project. Yang Ji welcomed all the experts and hoped that some improvement about implementation and management of the repair and purchase projects could be made by this inspection and acceptance at PMO.

　 After listening to the working report, management report and financial report, the experts group first did a serious inspection on the documents of fund management, instruments purchase and technique acceptance. Then after an on-site inspection in the laboratory, all the experts agreed to pass the acceptance.
