The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security recently announced the roll for the 2010 special government allowance. Dr. FENG Longlong  at PMO is entitled to the honorable program. In sum, 140 people from the Chinese Academy of Sciences receive the 2010 special government allowance.

Ever since the establishment of the special government allowance in 1990, 61 people of PMO have won the honor.
