    SUN Jixian is awarded the WANG Kuancheng Outstanding Contribution Award for western scholars from the Chinese Academy of Sciences

    On April 19, 2011, the personnel and education bureau of Chinese Academy of Sciences announced the winners of the 2011 WANG Kuancheng Awards. Senior engineer SUN Jixian  at Qinhai Observatory PMO is awarded the WANG Kuancheng Outstanding Contribution Award for western scholars. 18 scholars serving the west region of China win the prize this year.
