MassiveNuS: Cosmology with Massive Neutrinos |
Seminar Title | Massive NuS: Cosmology with Massive Neutrinos | | | Speaker: | Dr. LIU Jia | | | Affiliation: | Department of Astrophysical Sciences, Princeton University | | | When | Monday afternoon, Jan. 29, 13:00 p.m. | | | Where: | Room 216, No.5 building , Xianlin campus (PMO, CAS) | | Welcome to Attend | | | ( PMO Academic Committee & Academic Circulating committee) | | Abstract: The non-zero mass of neutrinos suppresses the growth of cosmic structure on small scales. Since the level of suppression depends on the neutrino mass sum, the evolution of large-scale structure is a promising tool to constrain the total mass of neutrinos and possibly shed light on the mass hierarchy. I am investigating these effects via a large suite of N-body simulations (arXiv:1711.10524) |
