       Abstract 

      There are full of perturbations and instabilities of waves in the laboratory and space plasmas, where thousands of dispersion relations are contained in the uniform magnetized plasma. Hence, it has significant value to solve the dispersion relations of kinetic plasmas on researching plasma waves and turbulence. In this report, we will introduce the developed matrix method, which can accurately and inextenso solve the dispersion relation.
