    Abstract

Galaxies that fall into clusters face a variety of environmental effects, including ram pressure stripping and tides from the cluster potential and other galaxies within. Phase space diagrams (a plot of clustocentric velocity versus radius) may provide a valuable tool to understand cluster environmental influences. I will report on our latest results of using phase-space diagrams in cosmological simulations of galaxy clusters. I will also briefly summarise other projects on a variety of topics including testing cosmological models using the baryonic Tully-Fisher relation, preprocessing and mass loss from galaxies in groups, and galaxy mergers as a mechanism to form the Disk of Satellites.
