        Abstract

I suppose to discuss the origin of the Fermi Bubbles, which were recently discovered by the Fermi-LAT in the GeV gamma-ray range. I would like to present a review of observational data, which show that these giant structures in the Galactic Center are real. We assume that these structures result from active processes in the Galactic center, namely, due to processes of star capture by the central black hole. I suppose to discuss also alternative models of the Bubbles.
