    Abstract

The interstellar extinction is crutial to recover the real colors and SED of objects, and to reveal the properties of interstellar dust. Based on the infrared surveys such as 2MASS and WISE etc, there have been some measurements of the extinction law in the infrared. While these measurements agree in that the IR extinction law deviates from classical dust model, whether or/and how it changes are still under debate. Moreover, the discrepancy between the measurements and classical dust model calls for new dust model. I will talk both the observations and models of infrared extinction law.
