    Abstract
The Milky Way is the closest galaxy to us, and has been studied extensively due to its proximity. Understanding its structure and dynamics will help us understand the properties galaxies in general. In the talk I will review the latest research progress on the structure, kinematics, and dynamics of the Milky Way. I will focus on the Milky Way bulge in particular, and propose a simple bulge/bar model that nicely matches the latest kinematic survey result covering the whole Bulge.
