    abstract

I discuss the origin of two types of gravitomagnetic field -intrinsic and extrinsic. I introduce parameterization of gravitomagnetic effects for experimental purposes. Then, I switch to calculation of the gravitational time delay caused by a moving mass in propagation of photon and prove that it is both gauge and Lorentz-invariant. I focus on the theory of the speed-of-gravity experiment of 2002 and give its theoretical interpretation based on the proposed parameterization of the gravitomagnetic effects. I shall tell some details of a new VLBA experiment with Saturn of 2009. The Cassini experiment of 2003 is also critically reviewed.
