Abstract
The unique properties of radio pulsars make them useful for studying a variety of phenomena. Two such applications will be reviewed in this talk: how pulsar timing can be used to detect very long wavelength gravitational waves and how pulsar timing may be used to study anomalous dispersion which causes apparent faster-than-light pulse propagation.
