        Based on the Spitzer released data and SDSS data, we construct a sample of nearby normal star forming galaxies. We analyze the correlations between Mid-IR luminosities and Star formation rate indicators (Ha and radio), and study the dependence of Mid-IR properties on SFR, Morphology, Mass, Metallicity and AGN Activity. Our results show that Spitzer Mid-IR 8mu and 24mu luminosities can be used to measure the star formation rate of normal star forming galaxies, and the Mid-IR 3.6mu and 4.5mu luminosities can be used to calculate the stellar mass of galaxies. We also find that the Mid-IR colors depend on Morphology, metallicity, and activity of AGN. Since this sample only includes quite a few luminous infrared galaxies, we also construct a large sample of luminous infrared galaxies to testify the above correlations.
